A Yharnamite’s life is about our own lifespan, no?

Depending on the conditions one can grow quite old. Henryk is probably the best example here. Djura too has become quite old I assume, for the circumstances in Yharnam at least.

But how long is a Cainhurstians/Vilebloods lifespan? The queen herself being immortal in a way...she’s special of course. The blood made a good difference between them and the Yharnamites in a few ways as we know.

I wonder if it’s at least a little longer due to that? Like...if a common Yharnamite would live up to 90/100 years with much of luck such as we are able to today, a Vileblood might as well grow over 100?

We can not say for sure, can we?

Looking upon different kind of races in many fantasy settings it might as well be possible that a humanoid race outgrows others.

But that is only my assumption.

Though I must say I like that thought in the same way as I hate it. Because it makes love so much more troublesome between a vileblood and another non-vileblood~ <3

It sure does not have to mean that all would be “immortal” as their queen is of course, by far not.

Yet the thought itself....the church has their special views on them anyway

do you have any thoughts on younger viola? What she looked like, what she was up to, etc? maybe she and gasc were cooking up an embarrassing Romance of the Youth(tm) and it was totally adorable

yeah!! i do! i drew her a little bit here, and i have a doodle i was gonna post but didn’t get around to. might do that in a bit. i imagine she was more rambunctious when she was younger but she sort of grew out of it. she was pretty well-behaved most of the time but grew sterner as she became a late teen/young adult. i have an au where she worked as a tailor for the healing church from a young age as well. i don’t imagine she and gascoigne met until they were adults, though!
