So we had these super-dooper Malaysian and Nyonya dishes, each one even more sedap than the last one. • Wat Tan Hor Yin Yong: the most delicious ooey gooey eggy mix of crispy vermicelli and wok hei kway teow, topped with luscious prawn and fish cakes. Totally irresistible. • Assam Fish Curry: a Nyonya treatment of blue cod cooked in a tamarind curry and vegetables as well as pineapple. A dish that is quinessential Nyonya and hits all the spicy piquant notes the Babas of Malacca excelled in. • Hainanese Chicken Rice.
