This irresistible @solkiki_chocolatemaker vegan white chocolate is one of the most surprising bars I have tasted this year! Also the bar that got the best facial expressions and sounds at tastings😂 . It has an strong aroma of peanut butter ( Dutch pindakaas, not American peanut butter ) and brown butter. Of course there is no dairy at all here but it’s the smell of roasted cocoa butter and vanilla at the same time. The flavor experience is complex and goes from roasted peanuts to salted caramel, while cafe latte shows up with some hopjes candy. The coffee is just one of the many passengers on that ride. It plays with the nuttiness and the vanilla perfectly until the salt kicks in and bring it all towards a more savory treat.
