the magpie superstition actually annoys the hell out of me i'm never sure how i am meant to be superstitious about australian magpies which are an entirely different kind of bird :I i mean, you see one and you run regardless because superstition or no superstition, good chance it's about to start divebombing you but really i would like to know how much luck i will supposedly have for the rest of the day (also lmfao i forgot about that mango thing thank u for the reminder and subsequent laugh)
