Yoga Messages
My entire life, I've been called to yoga. I've been drawn to meditation and pilates for their resonating challenges for me, but I have to admit, I slack even on those activities. There's just something about yoga, I hear my Ego pointing things out about the people around me. I especially hear it talking about the girl directly across in that shiny silver - OH, that's ME in the mirror we're discussing. It's ingrained in me to want this path. I hear it from my body, and "know" it as if I'm remembering. I do consider it, but have the hardest time just getting to my mat. I feel a Yoga Challenge coming on, Yoga 28, a full cycle .. sounds about right.
