It’s very rare for me to be home by myself, completely child-less, just home with my 3 little fur babies 😉 I did my workout, a little bit of yoga, showered, cleaned up a tad, cooked that chicken cause meal prepping is a lifesaver, and now I’m sitting down to relax, watch some tv, and do some work. . You know when I really sit down and think about it, it blows me away that I’ve been able to make the amount of money I have already JUST from home, finding pockets of time amidst a house full of crazy but totally awesome kids and dogs, and I mean come on... I can literally work while I’m sitting on my couch or bed watching tv 😂😍 . When I first started coaching I thought it would be perfect for me to make some extra money with something I had come to love. They say it’s not work if it’s something you love. That’s the dream, right? Since starting, my goals have utterly changed, my attitude has changed, my life has changed. I’m a completely different person than i was back then. Because I’ve been rewarded in more ways than I expected from this company, and part of our vital behaviors is personal development, I am constantly growing and learning and becoming stronger, not just in my body, but my mind and spirit. I kid you not I’ve become the person I used to dream about being. The journey to self love is a beautiful one sister✨ . So I went from wanting to make extra money to wanting to completely reach my maximum potential as a coach. To be able to travel and take my family on vacations, to building my dream home, to anything and everything I want for myself and for my family. I’ve been putting in the work and I have 100% been succeeding thus far. I seriously can’t wait for the future. . 🦋My favorite kind of victories: non scale victories. I’ve often found, and yes this includes my own experience, that we create one major goal for ourselves - I wanna lose 20 lbs for example - and get easily discouraged when we can’t attain it quickly. . . We get so caught up in the idea that we just have to weigh a certain amount to be happy or look a certain way and if it doesn’t happen by a time limit we force on ourselves, we just give up... and then we’re back to square one. . . Stop! Now! Get out of that mindset! Believe me I know it’s easier said than done. But bottom line it is NOT gonna happen fast. So stop dwelling on how unhappy you are that you don’t look the way you want because that kind of negative self-talk is what makes us give up. . . When I first became a coach I realized that there were soooo many other things to get excited about! Before becoming a coach I still lost weight but that’s about all I thought about: my weight. So yo yo dieting was my life. That scale went up and down. Then I became a coach. Yes I still weighed myself every day but up or down I didn’t care what that scale said because I noticed clothes fitting differently, I felt incredible, my muscles were getting stronger, I was able to do 4x the amount of pushups, I could hold a yoga pose I never thought I could, etc, etc, etc... the victories are infinite. Then guess what out of nowhere my body fat percentage dropped from 26 to 19% and I couldn’t believe it! (Now it’s at 17%)💪🙌 . . These groups absolutely changed my life.
