I gained three pounds since the beginning of the year BUT I've also lost inches. And no matter how big or small, I'm proud of that. It's probably right around now that folks whose new year resolution involved losing weight or getting healthy. You might be feeling defeated at your "lack of progress" but please remember that the scale isn't everything!! I grabbed these size 4 shorts at Sam's yesterday, for my cruise and thought they would fit....they're too BIG, especially in the waist...yet, I'm holding my weight at 135ish.... _ 👉🏾Here's my point....the scale don't (yes, I said don't) matter if you're shrinking in the right places. ❔Would you be more excited about a smaller dress or pants size or the # on the scale going down? I suppose I should have been less worried if my pants fit and more worried about them only having shirts in an XL. Luckily, my pants fit and this XL shirt does too!
