Day 27 of #yogafitseptember is #pushup rotation. A great way to warm up your entire body before a workout. Go into a pushup variation of your choice, do 5 reps and flip to side plank on your left side. Go into push up again and repeat on your right. Remember to breath and engage all your muscles.
