How to execute: Stand with feet hip with apart and start by pulling your left knee towards your chest twice, release and do the right leg too. To intensify you can add some jumps in as you pull your knee up. Flex your core and try to get into a crunch. This is great for your entire abdominal. Start slowly and pick up your pace as you go.
