YOGA FIX 90. DAY 10. STRONG SHOULDERS. And once again Lesley provided a routine I was so in need for, as my shoulders are not the strongest part of my body 😆 That was a flow I really enjoyed. One of the biggest surprises with this routine was the progress with straightening my legs up while lying on my back as well as straightening them forward when balancing on one leg. I was never able to straighten my legs in these poses, and this time I was! 😃 Also, I am starting to notice some progress with the handsatnd. When I started this "yoga every day" project, I was only able to do an itty bitty tiny little hop from that shortened Down Dog position (I hope it makes sense, I don't know how to explain it better). This time I was able to do quite a big jump up with one leg (and a little bit smaller one with the other leg) and even control my body a bit on the way back down 😀 It is certainly a good progress. I hope that soon I will be able to start practicing full handstand against the wall 👍 This Day 10 routine (I practiced it yesterday afternoon) didn't feel like a big deal, but this morning my shoulders, my upper back, and my glutes are a bit sore, which probably means I did a goo job 😇
