"The harder you workout the more you should stretch." 😊 I'm on week 5 of my 6-day-a-week workout regimen 🤗 And after 3 consecutive days of strength🏋🏾♀️ & spinning 🚴🏾♀️ followed by yesterday morning's 6 mile run 🏃🏾♀️I'm taking today to "Rest" and stretch my body all the way out with some yoga. Ive been trying to practice daily for at least 20 mins. My body feels so good afterwards. I've also added in some balance and core work(see my stories). Anyone else use yoga to compliment their training? *Shown doing Triangle Pose.
