For unknown reasons the Yoga Summit set to happen this weekend, is no more. We have therefore decided to bring you our own version of something spectacular, celebrating both the Winter Solstice and International Yoga day. Anyone is welcome! - Our evening will start at 6 PM, and we aim to end at midnight. We will fill the hours with all the things we love about yoga - salutations of all sorts, chakra flows, yin, meditation, intention setting, Nidra, and (of course!) tea - presented by a variety of our teachers. We also have quite a few surprises lined up. The full itinerary will be send out tomorrow afternoon. - A donation of R160 is requested (all proceeds to go to charity). Anyone who paid for the Yoga Summit may attend for free.
