Jaffa Factory 2 and Yoglabs Hypercubed
The Interdimensional Stabilizer (top right) is likely a reference to Yoglabs Hypercubed with the Dimensional Stabilizer (top left). Although it is labeled 'gravity field stabilizer', it is also right next to the "Dimensional Rip Stabilizer" switch so it is close enough for these purposes.
With all of the differences in mods, they don't share too much visual similarities, so I am not sure if there is a specific reference for that that I am missing at this time (very possible), but with the plot of Yoglabs Hypercubed being to find 16 'dimensional wool' (one for each color) to fix the stabilizer and the plot of Episode 52 ~ 53 being to find 4 specific blocks identified only by their color, this seems like a clear nod. Although it is important to note that the blocks in JF2 were a passcode designed to "arm the device" rather than a core component of its functionality, and the differing number even if it is just a reference is almost certainly because 16 is a LOT and 4 is much simpler for a one-ish episode task.
The differences could be to indicate that this is just a reference and not plot significant, or it could actually hint to more of the yoglabs/background plot on the yogslore.
It is also important to note, that JF2!Xephos either does not have memory of Yoglabs Hypercubed, or intentionally chose not to say anything.
Assuming his concern at being a clone is genuine and he genuinely isn't in control, it further hints at Yoglabs somehow being involved in the mysterious circumstances surrounding the start of JF2.
