So I went to Yokohama Chinatown and just had to check out this street...

Some aspects are different but I think it's the same street Wakui drew it out from!

It's strange to think about the many things that have outlived my father.
The cigarettes in the cupboard he hid. The beer in the fridge we told him to cut back on. The bottle of shampoo he was using. The stains on the ground he missed while cleaning.
The mound of tissue packets he'd brought home in confusion from the tumour. The food he bought before he was sent to the hospital.
The burn on my shoulder I'd gotten while standing in the sun as I listened to the call that he'd suddenly collapsed.
It's strange to be at home and look at all of these things that are still in a house he will no longer come back to.
With the new TR season, I hope that the fandom will stop using 'Hitto' as Kakuchō's surname... His name is JUST 'Kakuchō', NOT 'Hitto Kakucho'!! Hitto doesn't make sense as a surname in Japanese, and Kakuchō doesn't want a last name!!
Fact: the natural progression of a Togame brainrot is the writing of a Togame fic.
Ok so I caved in and bought TokRev CB4 on Booklive and I have to say I’m surprised that they included every single one of the character in the series so far!!
Some points off the top of my head after a quick run-through:
The character profiles also consolidate all of the character’s images (e.g. their looks across all the different timelines, past and present)!!
Even super minor characters (like the homeless time-leaper and Chifuyu’s dad, which is literally just his funeral portrait) get a super quick feature.
Kakucho’s profile was like 2-3 pages long because it included a review of his story in the manga, with a special focus on his and Takemichi’s friendship (actually, more like his admiration for Takemichi as his hero). It's mostly recap and repeated information, but still nice to see it!
There’s a page on the organizational structure of Bonten (nothing new), which kinda tells me that we probably won’t get more in-depth information on them in the later books (if any)? I actually think this is the last character book we’ll get, in fact.
Have to say it’s more than I expected! Feels more ‘conclusive’ than CB3.
ALSO I DON’T WANT TO BE A DEBBIE DOWNER BUT....
Waka’s hobby isn’t ‘trolling’ in the sense that he likes being an asshole. It’s trolling in the sense of recreational fishing with a trawl. (As further evidenced from the fishing gear in his room, and his ‘day in the life’ section).

Btw, i wanted to share this idea with you... what martial arts do you think that fits your favourite TR characters?

Hmmmm I don’t know much about martial arts tbh, and I think for the most part, most of the TR characters just brawl, so it’s pretty freestyle, imo!
The clearest examples are...
Rindou - BJJ or Jiujitsu. Possibly MMA?
Mucho - Judo, as shown and stated in Chapter 160
Mikey / Baji - Judo, cuz of the Sano Dojo
South - MMA, as stated in the epilogue
Benkei / Waka - Presumably boxing/kick-boxing, cuz of their gym.
Other than them, there aren’t any distinct or explicitly mentioned martial arts style.
But if you are to ask for my preferences / headcanons for my favourite characters...
Izana - Sikaran, a kind of Filipino Martial Art that focuses on kicking. From what I’ve seen, it resembles the high kicks that Izana did in the Kanto Incident when he fought Mikey!
Kakucho - I think he’ll go for something brutal and with heavy strikes. I can see something like Krav Maga and Muay Thai for him. (Also because I personally just love watching Muay Thai hahahaha)
