Like with the bolster we're looking for firmness for support, but just on a smaller scale. Some ideas I have for you are folding up a blanket/towel nice and tight, filling a shoe box/tuppare container with a roll of papertowels and rolling it up in a towel for comfort and securing it with duct/masking tape. You can also stack about 3 books together, wrap them up in a towel and securing them with duct/masking tape. An alternative to tape would be to use string or ribbon. Still need some ideas? The first prop we're going to discuss is the Massage Ball. If you don't already own a massage ball, one can easily be obtained on Amazon or on your next TP run to Target in the sporting good section. Otherwise, a tennis ball, softball, or lacrosse ball will also work. You can also use a baseball or a spiky ball, but note these might prove to be a little too firm for tender spots. A peanut roller can also be used. None of these ideas work for you? No worries.
