review i really love the plot of this one, oh my god. aside from that it’s just really well written, its cute and funny and hot and really its just everything i want from a fic. the taekook banter is amazing. honestly, just go read it, cause me rambling about it isnt gonna do it any justice.

ILU. sorry i just answered this i passed out in the middle of writing fic last night.

6. What’s your own favourite and least favourite work?

i don’t even know if it’s still out there but my least favorite work is from my shinee days, it’s called pocketful of sunshine. it’s an ot5 fic where jinki is this psych student to gets assigned to these 4 troubled patients and “fixes” them. idk i was 16 when i wrote it so i’ll forgive myself a little BUT IT WAS JUST VERY UNREALISTIC and i don’t think i handled writing their disorders well like...yeah it was bad i’m still smh at myself.

um right now my favorite work (even though it’s unfinished) is this is fact not fiction! it’s so much fun to write and i really love the jimin i’ve written, i’m really attached to him and only want his happiness. the vmin dynamic makes me really happy too - they’re just happy being alive together? idk man they give each other so much joy in their otherwise same-old routine

13. What’s the most useful piece of advice or criticism you’ve received?

there are actually two pieces of advice that have been really helpful! “you are your harshest critic” this has helped me a lot re: my anxiety/insecurity about my writing i’m always even debating PUBLISHING stuff and just thinking that it’s shit but like, of course i’m gonna think it’s shit i’m the hardest on myself. & others enjoy my stuff so just....BUILDING UP CONFIDENCE IS HARD but something that must be done.

the other piece: “the best way to get better at writing is reading.” I CAN’T STRESS THIS ENOUGH and as a person who isn’t reading as actively as i should be, this is definitely advice i should be taking. reading from styles you admire helps you improve your own writing and obtain a style that you’re happy with!!!

61. What makes you ‘x’ a fic?

i’m....not sure what this means? ‘x’ as in stop reading or never read again? for fic, it’s definitely terrible characterization. even if a fic is written well if the characters are written in a way that’s a disservice to them i’m not gonna read it. (ASSHOLE JEON....cough cough) also i’m not like the grammar police at all but if it’s REALLY BAD then i can’t read i’m sorry. aside from that, i have a couple of tropes i don’t enjoy (cheating, dubcon, mpreg etc)
