We we stumbled upon a little picnic area called Yosemite last night while driving around California in the wee hours of the morning. Decided to stick around and see what we could find. There were several things to see — and several miles to hike. Watched the sun rise and set, exploring the park all day. Got to see what we were told is one of the tallest waterfalls in the world. I have my doubts. Ate and napped smack in the middle of everything I ever read about in a geography text book, watching the mountains move ever, ever so slowly. Look, it couldn’t been worse, that’s all I’m saying.
