Mariturient: eager to marry

“Isn’t it a bit early for that?” Naoto’s voice was full of confusion as the detective looked at Yosuke. 

“What? Not really! We’ve been dating for years now, Naoto.” Yosuke frowned at the comment, arms crossed against his chest. “Do you not want to get married?”

“It’s not that.” A shake of the head. “I just don’t think I’m as eager about taking the step as you are.”

Yosuke wanted to argue, but... Well, he sure was eager about this. He’d been thinking about how he’d propose and everything... But if Naoto wasn’t ready, he couldn’t push it.

Didn’t mean he wouldn’t stay eager, though. He would be thinking about it for a while, still. Maybe some day in the future (maybe even soon) Naoto would be ready and he could let his eagerness spill over.

So... I'm writing fanfics. Have been for about a month actually, but I only wanted to post here after I finished at least a single story. I've got a few other one-shot fics on the works, and a continuation for this one will come later on.

My writing is nothing to write home about I guess, but I hope those who read it will enjoy it! Though fair warning for those put off by Yosuke x Naoto pairing, this does contain it.

... ah and smol synopsis: this fic is basically Yosuke asking Yu for advice on his feelings for Naoto, and Nanako tagging along with them. And meanwhile they're drawing.

New fic!! I'm on a roll this week?!?! Tried my hand at some silly Yosuke/Naoto for once. I need to scrape all the fluff out of my brain on a regular basis, or else I start getting schmoopy and it's just the worst.
