Who wants to chew their pencils safely and discreetly!? I bought a set of 3 nine inch long clear chewable tubes from the National Autism Resources website, cut than them down to size, and stuck a normal wooden pencil through it! You can barely see the tube, and this will prevent getting wood chips in my mouth and is much safer for your teeth. The pencil *barely* fit in the tube, required a lot of force to get it on, and isn't coming off no matter how hard I pull, so this is a permanent thing on a pencil, but I don't mind! (I also ruined a mechanical pencil trying to get the tube on it rip my green mechanical pencil 💔)
