The funniest part of Ascendance of a Bookworm is that Ferdinand is like, 20, when he meets Myne. He's really young.

And then he gets a child dumped in his lap and, having literally no experience with kids, just treats her like an adult and gets surprised when other children do not also act like 24 year old college graduates. Funniest shit ever.
