When someone says that you're Ugly, let them know that their petty words don't phase or bother you in any way. Because once you have love for yourself ain't nobody could tell you that you aren't beautiful or handsome enough. Everyone is pretty in their own way. There is no human being on this Earth that's Ugly.

Your smile is the most contagious attribute of your life because it tells a lot about who you are and if you have self-love and self-acceptance. So even though someone says you're Ugly, don't worry about them, they just hate you because you look better than them. All you have to do is just smile, hold your head high and keep moving forward.

It’s true, you are really pretty

So today I started a social change movement. It had a lot more success than I planned! I stood outside on my campus holding a sign saying all the names i have been called, while my boyfriend held a sign that said, "You are Pretty." When questioned, I explained that I was trying to end criticism and start a chain of complimenting. I asked passersby to write names they have been called on my shirt, leaving their baggage with me and I would leave them with a compliment. There are some pretty nasty things on the back of my shirt now, and a lot of people found it incredibly moving. I even had a few girls ask to take pictures of me. I asked the people when they left to go about their day and to carry on the chain of compliments. I am very proud of the movement I started, and I hope it inspires you to go on and create your own chain of compliments. You are pretty.
