Some basic sport shorts underpant-things, a skirt if she chooses. Pacworlder-disguised Cake would probably wear same (tho probably w/ a bralette/tank top given the uh, different shape/body-type plus social norms).

Although her disguises have improved, the ones Cake had as a kid weren’t very good. Her baaphle disguise was just it wrapping its tentacles around itself. Cake’s first pacworlder suit was pretty slapped together, looking like a weirdly realistic raggedy Ann doll, so she often wore layers to make it less obvious
