V Route Theory

Okay, so I’ve given this some thought and was wondering whether anyone else thinks the same.

The picture of V in the to-be-available V route in August doesn’t look like the present V we are familiar with. He looks younger. Am I the only one who thinks he does? His eyes seem less narrow, but the main difference to me is the shape of his eyebrows.

So what if V route takes place a little way back in the past? Maybe Jaehee hasn’t joined yet? Perhaps MC’s role in V route is to prevent V from getting with Rika? And the bad endings are the ones where he ends up with her?

This blog is all about Kerry, but every now and then (not too often, I promise!) I’ll share a few pics of my nomad/streetkid V from when he was younger, before he and Kerry met.

He grew up an orphan among the nomads, but got kicked out of the clan when he was still very young. After meeting Jackie, he made his way to NC, and thanks to him he found a new kind of family.

I like the idea of V being both a nomad and a streetkid. This way, he feels deeply rooted in NC and shares its mindset, but he’s still able to keep his distance from some of its excesses thanks to his past.

I'm Lirox. I’m a story-driven RPG fan and I spend way too much time on games, reading, writing, occasional modding, and virtual photography. That last one really took off when I discovered Cyberpunk 2077, which is now one of my all-time favorite games.

My blog is entirely dedicated to Kerry Eurodyne because he is the best character in the game. There, I said it. I know a lot of people don’t exactly agree… but Kerry means a lot to me (I might actually be a little obsessed), and I can’t stop taking photos of him anyway, so I figured I might as well share them with other fans!
