Your room will never be just one aesthetic if you are enjoying life.
you know what? imma start learning by doing
wait till you’re *air quotes* good enough and you’ll be waiting forever
I’ve been getting really bad lately with my depression, but I don’t want to go to a therapist because I’m worried that if I’m diagnosed with something then I won’t be able to be a psychologist. I know it’s stupid but what should I do?
uhhh im not aware of the laws wherever you live, so i cant really tell whether it will be a problem. i do however believe that if you visit a therapist instead of a psychologist/psychiatrist, it doesnt necessarily go on your medical record? i believe therapists dont actually diagnose? but if that's not an option try other ways of fighting your depression, reach out to friends and family, talk through your struggles, meet up with people to do fun things
like one half of mental illness is usually outside stressors and the other side is coping methods. if you cant decrease the amount of stress in your life, try increasing factors that protect against depression, like a strong social network and regular daily schedule, hobbies and plenty of rest
love to hear someone's offhanded response when asked what their favourite colour is and store that information for the rest of my life

tis the season to spend hours agonising over what to get my mother for christmas before inevitably buying her some boring knit jumper again
