1. if you have intsa, my advice is start saving posts with calming music, or an image that makes you happy. i personally save posts of things or people that remind me to calm down and breathe.
2. there are a few free apps that can help monitor or track your anxiety, 7cups is great if you need to talk to someone and Youper helps monitor your anxiety, emotions, and can even help determine the cause of certain feelings over time
3. when you realize that you´re starting to panic, feel your pulse. this can help you focus on a singular thing and can set a good beat for breathing
4. when you feel like a burden and start think that others have it much worse, breathe. take a break and please know that independantly whether someone had it worse or not your problem is still valid, and you deserve love, care and affection. never, ever, ever settle for pity and antagonizing stares. you deserve attention towards your problems. little or big, your problems are problems and they need to be dealt with seriously
5. pick things that make you feel safe at the end of the day. have a designated space where you can relax and let it all out. have a safeness sweater, or a book or just something that can make you feel secure (if you want music, I like to listen to a playlist on Spotify called "Calm the hell down vol.2" and an artists like Khai Dreams or Frad)
