Hi! Is anyone else a DBT graduate? I'm going to be finished with my last group in a few weeks and I feel really lost. I don't feel like I've improved much since I first did mindfulness in group one a year ago. I don't think I "deserve" to be graduating, and I'm just really scared about what the graduate group will be like. Can anyone tell me what to expect? I'm really nervous that everyone will be "better" than me and that I'll feel really ashamed and unworthy.

I’ve never done DBT, and I don’t think any of the other mods have actually graduated from DBT, but perhaps some followers have?
