Day 3 this week of waking up and getting shit done. Cardio core today with sliders. Killling me. I’m so sweaty and red! Thank god for my smoothies. Incase anyone was wondering (probably not) I have YourSuper powders I use. For my post workout I use the muscle power protein, energy boost, forever beautiful, and chocolate lover with blueberries and almond milk. It’s got protein, antioxidants, all the good vitamins and essentials to not only make my smoothie delicious but also to give me what I need to get through the day.
