Harrogate Youth Athletic Development group working on sprinting technique as well as our regular strength work in the gym. Key areas we were trying to develop: ✅ maintain good posture throughout! ✅ get into a forward lean position from the toes, not from the hips ✅ apply force back and down into the ground with MAXIMAL INTENT!
