hello hello!!! 

Some friends and I have organized an Arthurian Side Characters week(starting this monday) to highlight some of the less-acknowledged characters in these texts, especially female characters and characters of color. 

We’re starting with Elaine of Shallot(also known as Elaine of Astolat, Ascolat, etc.), and we’ll be providing character info sheets for those that want to join in but might not know too much about the characters! Elaine’s will come out later tonight(on this acc), and we’ll be releasing the rest over the weekend on various blogs.

ysabele is a surprisingly good fit for gawain despite the fact that she quite happily goes to torture him. or perhaps because of that. they can go on murder dates. their personalities both long for freedom and adventure and a little bit of violence so they would probably have quite a happy life together.
