Peacefully scrolling through my Pinterest until guard dog/living weapon/rabid dog tropes starting appearing and I have an idea, if you'll entertain me.
Somebody says something bad about the RO and Hound backs them up to the wall, ready beat the shi out of them, but RO (unaware of the current event) appears and that somebody tells the RO to "call their guard dog off". And the RO actually sees that Hound is not backing off unless the RO tells them to.
Also, how r u doing? Hope you have a great day :3
Hii, you brightened up my day anon❤️
Arthur: appears troubled at the scene, but mostly at how their spouse was addressed. "Refrain from calling my Consort that, please," they say. Then they will ask both to explain what happened. Only then Arthur will ask the Hound to let the person go and solve the issue in a dyplomatic way. Not once, though, do they ever reprimand their spouse for what they did.
Evaine: their body tightens, ears almost ringing as they hear that individual call the Hound that. They look at MC squeezing the person's arm, so tight it is close to breaking, and after a long moment their gaze hardens. "What did you do to them?" They demand, agitated and suspicious. They never "call MC off". They never could. They are by their side even if MC is in the wrong, vehemently defending them.
Yniol: the knight still, those words making their blood freeze. For a few long moments they do not move or speak, they just look down at the bruised seething person with a blank stare that makes them shiver and stammer. Their eyes then find the Hound, now softening with an edge of worry and questioning. "What happened?"
Morien: at those words, Morien's hand tightens on the handle of their cane. They level them with a look that is cold and utterly unsympathetic. "You have a lot of stupidity in you to call the Royal Consort a dog." Their gaze shifts on the Hound, "where did you find this idiot?" Upon explanation, the physician sighs and sends one last disgusted look at the person, aching and bleeding, before they convince MC to follow them to dinner.
Gwyar: they are left wordless for a long second. They are a servant, and as such no one ever called their master their dog. But they are somewhat aware of the influence they have on the Hound, and the gaze they exchange with them is complicit without words. Eventually, Gwyar straightens their back even more. "I do not command the Royal Consort, that would go against my position." And they leave, ignoring the angry cries behind them.
