so for those of you who didn't already know, yes, i also play yugimons
so here is a discussion point: trish at 1 isn't a bad idea, but my ideas have nothing to megacapitalg's video on it
get at me with your thoughts, yo
My top 10 yugioh arch types
1. Elemental Heroes: I have played E heroes since E heroes were a thing. They weren't very good but I played them because I loved them and I keep playing them and then Zero came out making my heroes god like. I still play heroes as my main deck and I love getting to save the day from the evils of meta decks XD.
2. Heroics: These guys are really cool, I wish they were better but all I need is extra sword to be happy. Right now Heroics are my secondary deck and they are a good old fashioned beat um up deck. It just feels amazing to make a monster so strong that after battle damage with the adversaries boss monster, and there sitting at full LP they can lose.
3. Forbidden one: The 5 card Arch type that is it's own win condition. I have had so much fun in yugioh games trying to find ways to make Exodia come out as soon as possible getting wins against decks that cost way more then mine,
4. Crystal Beasts: This deck has special meaning to me in that it's the first deck I made for my girlfriend to play the game with me. I worked hard to make the deck perfect and one day it got stolen. After that I have remade the deck sold it ect ect but every time I'm like lets make a new deck there is a nostalgia I feel for making these cute little animals come from the back row to the front lines.
5. Gusto: I feel inlove with Gusto when I figured out I could loop three searchers for massive stall but they really hit my favs when Sphreeze came out and I could kill people by being weaker without losing my card.
6. Neo Spacian: This is an Arc type that at first I hated not liking to focus on neos and neo space but grew to like more and more. When I started getting competitive is when I started looking at these guys in a new light for the potential they had thanks to there drawing cards. I feel like these little guys could be a massive thing in today's meta if there was just a few more great rank 3 XYZ's.
7. Frogs: This deck is special to me because its the only deck I ran that got my tops every time I played it and I found a way to play it that wasn't like everyone else. I ran frogs with inverse worlds and swords and shields back when mass driver OTK was a thing. People were afraid of the one mass drive I ran despite me not even running enough frogs to burn off 8000 and would burn heavy just to kill it thinking I couldn't go for the win on the turn I pulled it or something. When id pop out a good 10000 attack frog swarm it was a whole new story for the pain it brought that they weren't expecting to get hit by. If I played it smart enough maybe even sided to the point where they screwed them selves.
8. Level: I have just always loved the art for the level monsters. I also love the concept behind them I mean leveling up like an rpg is so cool. If only they had a bit more support to really make them fun to play Id really get behind these guys.
9. Amazoness: These bad ass ladies have so many fun and interesting cards that I was so happy to see them get more support. It's a shame that we don't have a top tier female based Arch type but hey maybe one of us none meta duelist will find a way to run some ladies and wreck down the meta.
10. Prophecy: If they weren't a bizzilan dollars id run them in real life and have fun playing yugimons but they aren't so Q_Q me guess I gotta DN for life.
bad news is i scrapped my junk doppel quasar deck that i worked on for so long and took forever to make :'(
good news is i now have a dragunity deck that ive wanted to make since the structure deck came out about a year and a half ago :D
How to play in the yugioh meta for idiots.
Buy 3 structure decks
then Google what you think the decks name would be to find you a good deck list of what cards to run because thinking is over rated (Remember to follow my blog for lots of decks to netdeck).
Now take out a couple of Benjamins to get your extra decks and other staples.
And bang you are now ready to win locals and top tournaments.
