After all the incidents that happen, you finally got the announcement of yuji's execution. When you first heard bout it, you felt your heart drop and fell on your knees. 'It's all that mf's fault'. Sukuna. You thought to yourself.
That night, it was raining quite heavy. You went looking for yuji and found him standing at the sliding door frame, staring at the rain outside. You walk over to him and gently touches his shoulder to let him know your presence. His gaze then turned to you. "You've already heard huh,". You nod. They way he said it really makes your heart ache. Your eyes really shows you wanna tear up any second now. Yuji realized that and pulls you to his embrace. He has his arms wrap around your body, pulling you close to his chest, and you cant hold it back anymore and just let your tears flow out. You love him so much and can't imagine a life without him soon.
You both then stare at the rain pouring outside. The smell of rain hitting your nose. You both are still hugging each other. Yuji then pulls away and has his hands around your face and uses his thumb to wipe your tears off. "Don't cry, everything's gonna be alright," he says. Alright? Alright?! What does this mf think he's saying?! "Excuse me mister, your gonna be executed soon, not take a vacation. I'm gonna lose you!" You exclaimed. He then chuckles at your reaction. "Yea, but for now, you shouldn't spend our time together being sad and shit. Instead, why don't we enjoy every last moment we have here, hmm?" He says to you with a smile.
He then looks at the rain, then looks back at you. "Come," he says as he grabs your wrist gently and pulls you into the rain. You then panicked and cover your head with your hand trying to prevent the rain water to reach your hair as it will damage your hair. Yuji knows that but still-. He got amused with your reaction and laughs at you. You noticed his laughter, the way he smiles is so bright, you know your not gonna see this anymore soon. So you lower your hand and let the rain pour on your head. No matter how damage your hair is gonna be, its nothing compare to seeing the last smile from love of your life.
He then took your hands and you just let it be. His hands guides yours to some sort of movement. A dance. You followed him and you both dance in the rain happily. You both glide here n there. Twirls. Splashing puddles. And most importantly, you both laugh and smile at each other. Having the best moment together.
After some moments later, you guys stopped. Your drained. You let the rain drops on your face, feeling it all over you, its feels amazing. You're not fond of the rain, but this, is something you never experience before. Yuji stares at you, he loves you so much, he doesn't wanna lose you. He doesn't want you to lose him, and had to bear this world without him. He walks closer to you and grabs your face with both hands and he lands his lips on yours. You reply his kiss and you both let your lips touch each others. Letting your tongues glide with each other.
You both then pulls away after some moments. You both let your foreheads rest on each other. You can feel his breath on your face. You guys then giggles as you both knew, you guys taste the rain too while kissing:) He then pulls away, he looks at you with full of love. And so does you. He pulls you in for a hug. A tight hug. "As much as I love hugging, not in wet clothes. But this, this is an exception," you said and hugs him back.
You both let yourselves in that position, embracing this moment. You're gonna miss him a lot. Tears stream down your face, but with the rain, it blends in, and you hope he doesn't notice it. Truth is he does, you just don't know.
