HAPPY YULE TO EVERYONE WHO CELEBRATES IT!!
its the first ay of yule and im pretty new to it, in fact its my first time. i meant to celebrate it last year but ended up not doing so im still looking into the history and traditions of yule and such so any resources you may have would be great! /nf my plans as a closeted witch for this year so far?
+ baking
- i love baking. i want to bake cookies an maybe do some baking with my mom if she's feeling up to it but i think it would be a great practice for some kitchen witchery too.
+ gift giving
- i have some gifts i plan on sending out asap, and i love making personalised gifts for people close to me when i can.
+ generally spending what time i can with my family
- since im moving out next month this will be the last holiday i spend with them so i want to make it count and end on a good note. plus my sisters birthday is on the 26th so i definitely want to make it a good one for them too!
+ making offers to my patrons at their alters
- as of now my only patron is Hera but i feel there is supposed to be others (or one other). im looking into all sorts of things i could do for her/add to her altar as well as trying to figure out if i do have other patrons trying to reach out to me and hopefully do the same for them! (id love some tips on this too! /nf)
+ Backyard bonfire!
- we have a small fire pit in our backyard thats never been used an my sister and i would love to light it up so im really hoping we can do that!

there wont be any tree decorating this year as we only have a small light up tree and my moms already set up what decorations we have available right now
