So here’s a rant post, DO NOT ORDER FROM YUMTEADETOX, here’s a list of examples about problems with the company! I’m not saying 100% that you won’t get what you ordered, but it seems more likely than less that you’ll just be waisting your money on it. I talked to two different people, one who said she got hers after about a month, another who said she never got hers at all (she spent a lot of money on it to!) theres examples of people who complained to the company on twitter, you can check out the account for yourself if you want! Yumtea also asks people to DM them if they have problems with their orders, however I DM’d them TWICE without a response + emailed twice with no response and theres an example of someone asking Yumtea to respond their DMs, also after the second time I tried to DM they had made their account unable to accept DM’s unless they were following them, and the account is only following one person. I spent like $32 American (it was actually $48 in Canadian lmao) on this tea and I ordered it on March 6th 2016 and now its April 24th 2016 and have yet to receive it. Some people said it took two plus months for theirs to be shipped, which is ridiculous!!! I’m super pissed about this and if you want to try any detox tea literally go to ANY EXCEPT FOR YUMTEA!! It seems legit enough by the website, but the company is VERY unprofessional they also don’t have a number you can call, and I haven’t seen too many people who have been satisfied with their products, I also shipped something from Shelly Cove and it hadn’t been shipped so I DM’d them about it and they responded to me within minutes and fixed the situation for me like a real company should, I was very impressed by their actions to please customers because they apologized twice to me and were very very polite, compared to Yumtea which looks very terrible now. PLEASE SPREAD THIS, people need to know what they’re getting into when they order from this site or even better they shouldn’t order from them at all!
