ngl, i still have theorized that hoyo made him in a lab to target me specifically (silly) because there's so many wonderful things about him that i love!

but i think ultimately my favorite thing about him is that... despite everything, he's such a sweetie. such a warm, caring person, slowly learning to open up and let that part of him show again. and how wonderful to be the person that helps him feel safe enough to do just that,,,, sighs dreamily

I think Alastor would be crafted and tenderly stitched together by very meticulous and careful hands. Most likely the hands of a woman, and I say that only because of his clear preference in canon for women over men. Perhaps a mother too--because he's a mama's boy--and I can imagine him having been made by someone as loving as his actual mother. He would be one-of-a-kind, and not machine nor mass produced. Saying he'd be a deer plushie would be too on the nose I think, so I'm going to go with him (unironically, considering your URL LMAO) being a fox plushie--specifically a red fox! This is due to his cunning nature, trickster ways, and his adaptability. Oh, also he'd have a monocle and bowtie even as a fox plushie because I said so.
