Ingredients: 1 pizza dough. 1/2 cup cream cheese. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup raspberry jam. 1/4 cup sliced almonds. 1 tbsp butter, melted.

Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. Roll out the pizza dough into a circle on a lightly floured surface. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the cream cheese layer. Drop spoonfuls of raspberry jam over the cheese. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. While the pizza is baking, toast the sliced almonds in a dry skillet over medium heat until lightly browned. Remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle the toasted almonds on top. Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas about 4 ripe bananas. 1/2 cup granulated sugar. 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted. 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter. 1 egg. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour. 1 teaspoon baking soda. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 12 Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped and frozen.

Instructions: Start by heating the oven to 350F 175C. You can line a muffin tin with paper liners. Mash the bananas and add sugar, melted butter, peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract to a bowl. Mix everything together well. Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together in a different bowl. Mix the dry ingredients into the banana mixture just until they are mixed in. Do not mix too much. Put about half of the banana bread batter into each muffin tin. In the middle of each muffin cup, put a frozen Reese's Peanut Butter Cup. Add more batter to each muffin cup until they are about three quarters full, making sure the peanut butter cups are covered. Put the muffins in an oven that has already been heated for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. For a few minutes, let the muffins cool in the pan. Then, move them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy your tasty Banana Bread Muffins filled with a surprise Reese's Peanut Butter Cup!
