Ingredients: 1 lb diced ham. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/2 cup diced onion. 1/2 cup diced bell pepper. 1/2 cup diced tomatoes. 1 cup chicken broth. 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Place diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onion, diced bell pepper, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, garlic powder, dried thyme, salt, and pepper in the pressure cooker. Stir to combine. Close the pressure cooker lid and set the valve to sealing. Cook on high pressure for 10 minutes. Once the cooking is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 5 minutes, then manually release any remaining pressure. Carefully open the lid and stir the cheesy ham mixture. Serve hot and enjoy!
