been getting into Yungian psychology and i'm thinking that, because i'm a system, by various yungian states would probably be various alters.
started embracing my persecutor like one should their shadow self.
also, wondering if my shadow self is split into multiple alters, like my rage holder, or even my beloved prosecutor.
shadow self doesn't mean "evil", and phil has actually stood up for us. our persecutor has, too. and so has our rage holder.
this is certainly a journey, but it helps me so far. will continue to update as i see fit.
