@vkusnokatsudon:
In times like this, the Jellybean Job Center was Yumihiko’s life savior. A boundless sea of job applications were stretched across the bulletin boards, and there were even sheep there that offered guidance for those who wanted to find the perfect dream job.
Yumihiko didn’t need the latter as much -- he already had the job of his dreams -- but he was grateful when the sheep helped him pick some jobs that might work for him. After many calls, written up resumes, and long interviews, he was hired for a temporary (week long) job. A good start for now!
According to the application, all he had to do was pick up the skates that matched the what the customer said? Sometimes he had to measure the shoes (gosh, that was always a challenge), but usually it was just a simple matter of people requesting a higher or lower size. Easy!
As it was drawing the end of today’s shift -- the evening shift sheep was running late again, weren’t they? -- he catches a glimpse of someone out on the ice. He’s no pro on the sport, but he can easily see the comparison in skill between this person and the rest of the skaters.
He doesn’t realize how long he’s been staring -- a good 10 minutes -- until he hears a sheep baaa his name. Right, his shift was over! Making sure he had his belongings, he drew closer to the rink, cuffing his hands over his mouth, and...
“Hey!! How are you doing that?!” He yells, completely ignoring the possibility that the latter required focus for what he was trying to perform.
