You know one thing I really like about the Twisted Wonderland community is how supportive it is about OCs, especially yuusonas

And I'm sure I'm projecting that a bit too hard onto the rest of the community, but I just adore seeing everyone's takes on Yuu, or their self-inserts, or their fan characters, seeing the dynamics and ships they make, the awesome character design and art

Idk maybe the love for the franchise is just tangible in these fan characters and self-inserts and that's what makes the content so good

But I enjoy there's not much (not any that I've seen) shaming for that sorta interaction with the media. It's just such cute fun I love seeing people's yuu comics

My TWST Yuusona: Paddy Honeybell

A Yuu/MC TWST OC twisted from Paddington Bear from the Paddington series. I got inspired to make this character after listening to this song from Paddington The Musical

Character Info;

Appearance: tan color skin, green eyes, and back-long light brown hair that she usually styles in a loose pigtails.

School Uniform: a white buttoned up shirt with ruffles on the collar, the NRC's school uniform pants, plus size cardigan blue sweater, a red bucket hat, red & white high top canvas sneakers, a brown leather messenger bag, and a crystal teddy bear necklace.

Family: Olivia Honeybell (adopted mother), Thomas Honeybell (adopted father), George Smith (adopted uncle and Olivia's older brother), and Amelia Honeybell (adopted grandma and Thomas' mother).

Likes: marmalade, honey, jams, fruits & berries, sweets, teddy bears, mystery & pop-up books, and exploring.

Hobbies: trying out new jam recipes and reading.

Favorite Colors: blue and red

Dislikes: bland and flavorless food, rudeness, people who forget their manners, bees, people stealing her food, being hungry, and feeling lonely.

Talents: making various kinds of sweet & savory jams, tree climbing, gardening, using a slingshot, and baking cakes & cupcakes with jam in them.

Peddy's Dream: to travel around the world to look for new flavors and ways to make jam before opening a jam + cake shop in England.

Worse Fear: to be alone without a home, friends, or family.

Background: Paddy became an orphan at childbirth when her birth parents abandoned her at a church for unknown reasons, leaving nothing but a piece of paper with her first name on it and a crystal teddy necklace, which Paddy wears all the time. For five years, Paddy grew up in the orphanage until she was adopted by the Honeybell family, who owned a small farm. Paddy got her love of jam making and baking cakes from doing it with her adopted grandma. And for some odd reason, Paddy can make both sweet & savory jams out of almost anything and make it taste good. She also can make unusual combos flavors of jam taste good. The strangest combo Paddy has made so far is durian & passion fruit flavored jam. Paddy offen sells her homemade jams for pocket money, her best seller is the marmalade jam. Paddy's adopted uncle taught her how to use a slingshot, which Paddy mainly uses to shoot down fruits from trees.

Personality: Paddy is kind-hearted, sweet-natured, brave, and polite. When meeting new people, she tends to address men as "Mr" and address females as "Miss" or "Mrs". Paddy can also be oblivious, clumsy, quite naive, and sometimes let's her curiosity get the better of her. Despite this, Paddy is a quick thinker and can form a plan to get out of trouble. When someone misbehaves or acts rude, Paddy uses a trick called the "hard stare" on them, a glare that usually makes the person feel uncomfortable and feel hot because of how intense Paddy's stare is. Paddy's kind and polite persona makes it easy for her to make new friends and, without knowing it, sometimes causes mean people to change their ways. Paddy loves marmalade so much that she always has a jar of marmalade jam in her messenger bag. She also makes sure to have sandwiches that are made with her homemade jams in her bag, most of them being marmalade. Paddy has a weird habit of offering people, whether they're friends or complete strangers, or eating a jam sandwich at random and sometimes weird times;

Drinking tea? Eat a blueberry jam sandwich with it!

Got an A+ on your test? Have a strawberry & banana jam sandwich to celebrate!

A lion beastman angry at you because you accidentally stepped on his tail? Give him a horned melon jam sandwich as an apology!

Eating pizza for lunch? Eat a cactus jam sandwich as a side dish!

Roommate shoring keeping you up at night? Carefully put a lemon & lime jam sandwich in their mouth to keep them quiet.

A person about to overblot? Try giving them a cucumber jam sandwich to calm him down!

Paddy got teleported to Twisted Wonderland while on her way home from a jam delivery.

Paddy was both excited and scared when she first arrived at NRC. Excited to be in a world full of magic while scared about being all alone in an unknown place.

Luckily, that fear went away after she became friends with the Ramshackle ghosts, Ace, Deuce, and Grim.

Similar to back home, Paddy earns money by selling her homemade jams to the school's cafeteria, Mr. S's Mystery Shop, and Mostro Lounge.

Grim, Ace, and Deuce would offen act as taste testers whenever Paddy made jams.

Ruggie later on became one of her taste testers after Paddy gave him one of her jam sandwiches in exchange for letting her pet his ears.

Lilia also tried becoming a taste tester, but was immediately fired after he tried adding his own "ingredients" to Paddy's jams.

Shortly after enrolling at NRC, Paddy bought herself a journal that she keeps in her bag and writes about her life in Twisted Wonderland.

Paddy offen finds herself missing her family, and hopes to see them again soon.

Since Paddy isn't officially part of a club, she would sometimes hang out with Azul and Idia when they're playing games or go join Jade on his mountain walks.

My Decision

I think I like the idea of having Yuzuki and Yuria be apart of this blog for fun!

So for Yuzuki I was thinking of using purple as her signature color when talking like:

“Hello there, My name is Yuzuki, it’s a pleasure to meet you and please make sure to enjoy the performance” - Yuzuki

As for Yuria I was thinking of using pink! To match her eyes ya know? Like how Yuzuki’s hair tips match her signature! So she’d probably be like:

“Hey Hey! My names Yuria! So happy to meet you but have you seen Grim around anywhere!?” - Yuria

The wish upon a Star event is super important in the Yume lore. It's where Yume, Idia, and Ortho officially meet and start becoming friends!

Tap 4: Deuce said 'We're in this together, homie!" With such sincerity I couldn't even laugh…He's a true pal.

Tap 5: Hm…? O-oh! Have I not collected your wish yet? My bad…!

Tap Groovy: Wishing on Stars is nice and all, but you can't forget to put in your own effort to make your wishes come true!…I know that now. So…I'll do my best!
