Hi hi! Sorry for the sudden pop up but I was wondering something. I recently saw the new avatar movie and my hyper fixation on a twst x avatar crossover has been going crazy! So I was wondering that if you knew about the avatar fandom then how do you think the twst characters would react to maybe an avatar or na’vi yuu?
Sorry about the info dump on where this came from!! I just really wanted to share my obscure fixation with someone •́︿•̀
Hello! I just watched the avatar fire and ash movie so this is actually good timing! As per usual, if there is no specification for characters then I'll js do housewardens!
Riddle would be fascinated by how different you were. It's not the same way with sea creatures or fae though, since you're otherworldly, speak another language and have different culture. He'd like learning about the herbs you use to heal yourself instead of the regular pills. He might also find the way you speak and act a bit different. Kurus are a whole other thing. He will definitely ask how it works and you explain but it doesn't work well since you can't really showcase it in real time.
Leona, as a beastman himself, would understand the cultural differences in norms and behaviours. He might be freaked out by the enormous height and then he learns about your world— where everyone is also hella tall. Honestly, he wouldn't be the type to really want to visit your world. Especially since, transportation uses animals and those weird hair strands that connect to them.
Azul probably would be the normalest one amongst all, considering he's an octopus-human. He thinks kurus are a little bit weird, along with the fact that you can kinda control the animals just by connecting it to them. You're also tall as hell, maybe even 2 of him tall. He'd definitely be frightened of you at first but it gets better over time. He won't say it out loud but he doesn't really believe in your herbs being able to heal.
Kalim is a fan. He might not understand most, if not all, the things you said but it's all good if you seem happy. Looking up at you might also be a problem... because you're tall and all. Also don't be offended when some words accidentally slip like him saying he doesn't understand how your herbs and cultures can benefit someone, but he's willing to learn.
Vil is interested by the clothes of choice. You wear the traditional clothing that barely covers anything and he tries to respect it. At some point, you even style him. It's a little out of his usual wear but it still covers his body... though he's curious on how you don't feel cold. Being well versed in potionology, he'd love to learn about your herbs and medicine back in your own world.
Idia feels like it's straight out of a videogame. You're blue-green and speak a different language and can fight. Also, at first, you were able to switch bodies so it totally just seems like a movie or game or some sort of fictional world. Maybe he might even create a robot version for you to try, though you probably wouldn't like it as much as your normal body.
Malleus would probably be the most curious about everything. Your skin is blue and you don't come from his world. He asks all about your traditions and culture to really immerse himself into it. Kurus are probably the most interesting of them all. You use it to connect with nature? To control the flora and fauna? He would like to see it in action one day, if that day ever comes.
