The live practice session was beautiful! There are no words to express how happy I am. Yuzu gave his all on the ice.

While it may have started as a carefree session, the ending was very intense. SEIMEI done 3 times! Because Yuzu wanted it clean. 3rd time's the charm.

Me thinking that this looks easy & you only need to learn how to balance your body well for this huge spread eagle.

Then looking up the required muscles and proven totally wrong.

I haven't stepped on ice in 3 years and I can't even skate backwards alhough I've been going out on ice since I was 7
