İtalya’nin Torino kenti için YAC kapsamında düzenlenen, 110.000 m2’lik bir alanın tasarımını içeren ‘Sport Citadel’ / Spor ve yaşam merkezi yarışmasında 3.’lük alan projemiz, çevresindeki Alplerden esinlenerek, kendi topografyasını yeniden yorumluyor. Sporun ve insan vücudunun akışını ve dinamizmini yansıtan tasarımda; mimari yapılar, katı birer kütle olmaktan çıkıp; insanların içinde, altında, üstünde hareket edebildikleri bir topografyaya dönüşüyor. Kapalı arena, spor müzesi, otel, atölyeler, kapalı ve açık spor sahaları, sınıflar ve konut alanlarını içeren merkezin; yarattığı mimari peyzaj ile hareketin sürekliliğini sağlaması ve toplumsal farkındalık yaratarak, spora teşvik etmesi amaçlanıyor 🤸‍♀️🤾‍♂️🏊‍♂️ In our third prize winning entry to the the international competition of a 110.000 sqm. ‘Sport Citadel’ in Torino organized by YAC, we were inspired by the surrounding Alps, as the buildings create their own topography and blend into the natural local scene. Reflecting the dynamism of sports and the dynamics of the human body, the design of the citadel enables the people to move through the citadel, to drift, climb and traverse the terrain, as well as the architecture.
