🏗Project: Empera Administrative Building @empera 📐Architecture Office: Zaas Architects @zaas_architects , Yerce Architecture @yerce_architecture 👥Team: Ayça Taylan @aycataylan , Zeynep Şankaynağı @zeynep.sankaynagi , Nail Egemen Yerce @yerce , Barış Çağlar 📍Location: Gaziantep, Turkey 🌇Type: Commercial 📅Year: 2016-2018 ⚒Area: 2.000 m² 📸Photos: Yerce Art Photography @eminemrahyerce 〰️〰️〰️ 📘Information: While the interior setup is shaped around the welcoming section, design and operation offices on the ground floor, the first floor is reserved for management units, and the second floor is for the showroom where the brand's products are exhibited. The third floor was considered as social areas with dining hall, lounge, meeting room and terrace. In this floor, a semi-open terrace that dominates the view was designed with the retraction of the facade. The entire building was intended to make the most of all volumes to benefit from daylight and scenery.
