If he ever had to take Frey somewhere for healing while she's unconscious... he'd have to go to Cipal, wouldn't he? And as annoyed as it would make him, he knows that despite her saving everyone, there are still plenty of Cipalians who are wary of Tantas and magic. He couldn't risk just dumping her at the gates.

So he'd trust her too. With no other way of communicating, he'd bring her into the city, but continue guarding her body, maybe blocking the occasional poke of a guard's spear, until Auden showed up. Only then would he let someone else touch her.

Something I've been thinking about since seeing project hail Mary last weekend is what is fauna and Flora like on erid?
Grace tells rocky he looks like a spider in the book and it's really been making me wonder if there is anything similar on Erid. Do they bugs? Do they have animals? Plants? Obviously there has to be something, for a planet with intelligent life there as to be some kind of food chain right? Even the food rocky eats is described as meat like.
Maybe I'll do some drawing this weekend. And try to design some fauna and flora for Erid. I'm not a scientist so I'm not promising anything 100% accurate to an ammonia rich, high gravity planet. But I'll try.
