I haven't talked to you much, but I don't see how you could possibly be a douche. Sounds like a misunderstanding or someone just being rude.

Nah, i'm sure they legitimately felt like I was being a douche. I can be a douche sometimes, especially when I've been drinking. It's usually not intentional and if it is, there's a reason for it. I'm the kind of person who wants to be called out. Maybe not in the moment, but afterwards, let me know what I did. If I don't know I did it, I can't change. 

Also, I'm a pretty quiet person around people I don't know well. I also usually get really uncomfortable when someone flirts/is complimentary towards me in person and I clam up. All of these things usually make me look like an ass. So if you let me know what I did, and how I made you feel i'll try to correct it, or let you know why I was an asshole to you.

Finally watched Dead End, and I can't wait to see more! Just wondering, do you happen to do any of the voices?

I don't do any voices but... I think the Pugsley voice actor might have been trying to do an impression of me...

Didn't they already confirm male/female Trainers?

Yeah they did and I wouldn't be surprised if they did the same with Villager and did other little things like that (like they did with Wario last time and also with Peach/Daisy) but they said that the game wouldn't have multiple costumes for every character in the same way other fighting games do.

I might have missed this, but what are your thoughts on the addition of the Wii Fit Trainer? Also, do you support the concept of having alternate costumes for characters (Mario/Dr. Mario, male/female Trainer and Villager, Samus/Dark Samus, etc.) so that less spots can be taken up but more people can be represented?

Wii Fit Trainer is brilliant and exactly what Smash Bros is about - representing as many different facets and franchises and aspects of Nintendo as possible. Wii Fit is a hugely popular and successful franchise and it makes so much sense to include.

And I'd love alternate costumes, and we sort of had one last time with Wario, but they've already confirmed that they're not doing it in the new one. (To any major extent).
