You ever just get over a hyperfixation? Yeah, me neither.

Anyways, this song is called "Eternity" and it's by Alex Warren. I can't say I like the guy, but all the edits on Tiktok made me think of this little edit I could make. I'm not super good at edits, but like... here's this.

@zarla-s's Handplates comic was a big part of my life. I think I started reading it when I was like 15, and it was something that I used to keep myself going through the roughest days of school. When it ended a few years ago, I cried, partly out of sadness that it was over, and partly out of joy that I got to read the whole thing.

I still read all of Zarla's new stuff, too, especially defrag, but I'll always love this comic the most.

Posting this here because idk if Zarla has a tiktok - and it's aspect ratio isn't exactly tiktok friendly.

Oh I've forgotten how much I missed being a gigantic annoyance to this lil' grumpy skeleton and wasting his time. I'd long gotten rid of my old laptop with him on it and figured I'd start fresh.

In all fairness, he also wastes my time. I get nothing done when he sits on my desktop LOL

For those unacquainted, Gaster is a ukagaka (they sit on your desktop and you can talk to or interact with them) made by @zarla-s. He's a fan interpretation of Gaster from Undertale, from a long running fancomic they made called Handplates. The story is incredibly impressive and well written, and so is the very involved coding and interactivity of this little guy! Seriously. The coding is mindboggling. Welcome to basil-thoth, where I volunteer my time to transcribe Webcomics and Comic AUs of the fandoms I like!

My first upcoming project will be Handplates AU by @zarla-s who has indeed given me permission to transcribe her AU!

It's a 240-page comic and WILL take some time to complete, so please be patient with me!

I want to make it to where webcomics are easily accessible for those who need screenreaders.

I plan on commissioning a theme artist to help revamp this blog, but in the meantime I feel basic is best.
