Hear me out! A Motorheads Battle of The Bands AU:
- Zac and Harris being the leads of their own bands and constantly taunting (flirting with) each-other during the competition
- The others seeing Harris’ group as the “enemy”, but Cait is sneaking around with Kiara
- Marcel being decent enough at bass, but his instrument is quite old, so he constantly needs to repair it
- Curtis is even worse at the drums, and they almost fall apart after every practice. It’s a good outlet for his anger though, and it’s better than him punching the competition
(Which he almost does several times!)
- Harris and Alicia being the most popular and the leads of their band, mostly because their parents help pay for it, and them dating looks good on social media. Even though almost anyone that’s listened to them knows Kiara and Noah are better
- Noah flirting with Curtis anytime the two groups see each-other, and Curtis never being able to tell if he’s serious or not
(Noah is very much out in this and not dealing with internalised homophobia)
- Their parents being in their own bands and constantly when they were their age and now Logan trains/manages Zac’s group
