And the Twili?

Zant and Midna are twins!!! Zant is the elder twin, but Midna was more powerful and in control of her abilities (and just way more mature) than Zant.

Zavrina is not from the Twilight Realm. A very special quality about her has allowed her to survive in the Twilight Realm without turning into a beast or spirit. Though the identity of the quality, as well as her, is a spoiler.

Bri Zavrina, name meaning "Light of Zavrina", is Zavrina and Zant's daughter.

Bri has a counterpart in MSATC, who is much crazier and ruthless than she is in HB.

Bri is Gloam's second cousin. You can actually figure out Zavrina's true identity if you think about this for a while, and pay attention to a few things in some relatively recent chapters.

The King of Twilight, Zant and Midna's father, was killed by the Great Fairy of Twilight, for attempting to abuse her power. She was the one who chose who would be the next ruler, and had initially guarded the Fused Shadows.

The Twili are considered Balance-bound creatures, meaning they have an even Balance of Chaos and Order-bound energies in their world. Aka, the Fused Shadows and the Sols.

Magic hair is a genetic trait. Across multiple races, actually. Zant and Midna received it from their mother. The patterns are also inherited. Zant has a raindrop pattern, and Midna has a swirl pattern. Their mother had a combination. Bri has a combination of Zant and Zavrina's patterns.

The cloak with Majora's Mask on it that Midna wears when with Wolf was given to her by a wanderer the duo met while they were traveling.

In HB, there is no Hero of Twilight. He is apart of a different timeline set, but the closest thing you'll get to him is Wolf, Gloam's Reflection. Wolf is also the twilit wolf Wild meets in the Era of the Wilds. He is also who kept Midna's soul safe when she was cursed by Zant 5 years after Gloam's imprisonment and Bri's banishment.

Twilit Shackles are considered a sign of ownership. The one around Gloam's neck is from Zant, as is the one around Bri's body. Vanity wears one as well, his "owner" being Mali. Midna had one from the Great Fairy of Twilight, but the Great Fairy removed it before Midna left with Wolf.

The symbol on Gloam's shackle and the back of Midna's helmet also appears on Zavrina's face, Gloam's face as a spirit, and Skull Kid's stomach. The meaning of this symbol is currently unknown.
