What is a grudge, except a burning coal that we grasp tightly, wanting to hurl at someone who wronged us, who's probably no longer even there.

What else can we do but laugh at our own stupidity? In that moment of humorous self reflection, we let go, and drop that which was burning us. Then we can have some relief.
